- Scheduling of workshop and service engineers, compilation, and distribution of engineer’s work schedules daily.
- Opening and closing of job cards, ensuring job cards are completed for all service work.
- Taking customer calls for breakdowns and service requests, then scheduling the work accordingly.
- Preparation of service invoices.
- Controlling / storing of the service records, ensuring that extra work is quoted in a timely manner.
- Checking and supplying service paperwork to the customer base and internally to sales
- Support sales with hire and demo requests and preparation.
- Responsible for dealing with queries and complaints over the telephone and via email.
- Follow credit control policies and procedures.
- General clerical tasks.
- Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of employment

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join the team, sitting within the aftermarket service team based at our head office in Long Bennington, you will be responsible for the administration and service support across the Recycling, Forestry, Aggregates and Confi-shred divisions.
